Property was great! 20 minutes from downtown fort pierce and breakfast was delicious! Keyh was exceptional and even went above and beyond with customer service!

Great breakfast! Pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of the complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and good condition. The bathroom was a little dated and the bathtub was clogged but otherwise all was good.

前台在办理入住时态度还不错，但退房时就差强人意了。酒店广告上说已经翻新过，但我入住的房间却糟糕透顶，显然没有翻新。酒店入住率并不高，如果真的翻新过，应该有很多机会给我安排房间。整个浴室的墙纸都脱落了。床头板摇摇欲坠。这么小的空间里竟然摆放了四盏灯和两把椅子，而且没有一件是配套的。感觉就像是他们把多余的家具随意堆放在房间里，完全没有考虑过搭配。补漆的颜色和房间其他地方的颜色也不一样。漏水的地方修补得很差劲。房间里弥漫着一股闷闷的、陈旧的烟味。作为这条街上最贵的酒店之一，这家酒店却如此糟糕。而且这片区域也不安全。步行去附近根本找不到餐馆。只能叫外卖，但即使是叫外卖也让人非常失望。我迫不及待地想要离开。
工作人员办理入住和退房手续非常周到。房间虽然标明是无障碍客房（但我们并不需要），却非常小。房间很窄，空间狭小，助行器或轮椅根本无法在里面通行。健身房只有一台跑步机能用，而且两台跑步机都快报废了。早餐还可以。
