About hour after we checked in, we found there was no water in the room and the main floor got water leakage. The front desk lady couldn’t tell us when the maintenance would be finished. We asked if we could cancel and get refund.

I travel a lot for work and was a little surprised at this property. Obviously they knew there was a lot going on , hence the rates were highly raised. I had to not only ask for waters but show proof that I was a Hilton honors member. We had to ask for the bedding for the sofa bed. Then they said they were short staffed. So we had to wait . There were only 3 towels which is such an odd number of towels. Just dissatisfied

We were generally disappointed with this property. We got a 1 bedroom “suite” and given that it was a football game weekend in Gainesville, we understand demand is high, thus prices are high, but our room was tiny, didn’t feel comfortable or overly clean & the staff didn’t bring any level of excellence to our stay at $400+/night. On top of that, we left AirPods in the room at check out and when we came back for them (2 hrs later) we were told they were “gone” and it was only after we did our own searching with tracking devices did we find them in a housekeepers pockets. The AirPods were returned to us and maybe they were going to be turned in … but it left a bad taste in our mouths at the end of the weekend. Do better Hilton.

Parking is easy if you get herre before the workers. Everytime we come thr trucks pulling trailers always take up 6 to 7 spaces and park close. Wish they would park in the further end of the lot. Other then that, everything is always nice and clean

Room was clean. No issues. Doesn’t have a real designated pet yard, have to walk across parking lot to the median. Not a biggy, unless there’s rain.

DIRTY. FILTHY. We checked into a room that had garbage in the garbage can, filthy, sticky tile with black grout, a black cotton ball under the toilet, dirty mirrors, makeup on the hanging towel, THEN I pulled down the comforter and there were clumps of bloody mucus stuck to the top of the comforter! I called to switch rooms and they were extremely helpful and nice, but they didn’t have another two bedroom suite, so they switched us two separate rooms which meant we, as a family, had ti split up. When I woke up in my new room, bc it was midnight at that point, I went to make coffee and the coffee cup was completely stained and dirty. Then I went to shower and it was a dribble of water, then when I toweled off, there was a clump of black hair stuck to the towel. It was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I emailed corporate and they gave me points worth $40 toward my next stay. I sent them videos, photos, and descriptions, just wanting enough to cover that stay, but to no avail. The manager was friendly and helpful, but could only do so much bc I booked through ******* and wasn’t able to refund me, but they should at least give me enough points to cover one future stay. I wish I could post the photos so show I’m not exaggerating.

We were here just for the one night. Overall it was good. We did have trouble with the light switch in the bathroom sink area staying on. We were able to get it to turn off by putting a toothpick in it...lol. The shower gel was a new bottle & I couldn't get the pump to turn so I could use it. Showered with shampoo. Informed the desk clerk of the two issues.

Staff was fabulous but the breakfast was strange. Instead of individual cream cheeses, milks, jellies etc there were jars of condiments to use with a shared knife. Jugs of milk in the fridge. Only ice machine is on the first floor. Faucet in the bathroom literally falling apart. Hotel just needs a little tlc .
