The mattress was as hard as a rock. We arrived on Tuesday, 11/25 and our room was to be cleaned on Thursday, but that was a holiday. We came back to the room on Friday, 11/28, at about 3:30/4:00pm and had to ask for our room to be cleaned!

So disappointed with this stay. We have been fans of Hilton for years and years, and it is always typically the safe choice when it comes to cleanliness, staff and pretty much everything else. However, this specific location is a disaster and the actual manager who couldn’t be more than maybe 18 years old, truly showed her age and lack of experience when it came to a tough situation. We had an entire baseball team of nine-year-old boys who needed to be up for an early morning game and she allowed a party to happen in the event room that was nothing but vulgar, explicit, filthy music, so loud that we have videos of water bottles shaking in the mini fridge. This was a problem for all floors, but we were on the second floor, and some of our team members were on the fourth floor. No one could sleep, and it was truly an unfortunate experience, but her response to us was the actual problem. She basically told us oh well - we could get over it that it would end when it ended and there was nothing she could do for us. She was extremely unprofessional and had ZERO care that more than 10 families were upset and complaining. When we were leaving the following morning, there were multiple people, not related to our baseball team, upfront, throwing a fit over the exact situation and again, she could care less.

Front desk staff was disrespectful and had no respect for anybody. Humberto manager was awesome and he helped us out a lot and took care of us.

The fact that I was unable to change my dates of arrival even two weeks in advance and no refund of my payment with that request left a poor taste in my mouth. Poor customer service and no consideration of the customers needs. Don’t book there!

Check in was rocky. We arrived at 845pm and there wasnt a room ready. There was just 1 clerk and 1 housekeeper working hard as they could to get a room ready. It was still after 10 when we were able to get in a room. They were so nice and apologetic however and gave us breakfast vouchers and hilton points for our troubles. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was free, The room was nice and beds were very comfortable. There was a nice outdoor lounge for adult drinks that was so pleasant. I would stay here again.
