Staff was not very friendly. Check in was at 4pm. My flight arrived so I requested to check in early at 3:45pm. Front desk told flat out told me “No, we do not do early check in. I’ll call you when a room is available”in the most unpleasant tone. Zero accommodation for a gold elite member. I had to find a place to go while waiting on a call from Marriott staff. It was after 4:30pm and no one called yet. I was exhausted so I went back to the hotel. I had to ask if I could check in now since it’s well after 4:30pm. This was a different staff member. She was nicer & got me checked in. But just total inconvenience. If I had not returned to the hotel I don’t think anyone would’ve called to say a room was available. I wouldn’t stay there again. I almost cancelled and went to Hilton but it was late.

I reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed. After checking I discovered the room was furnished with two beds. I called the service desk and they informed me that they didn’t have any rooms with a king size bed. I asked them how this could be resolved and they put me on a continuous message hold. I’m very disappointed in your service. Definitely not professional.

The rooms need updating, should supply free coffee at earlier hours than 7am. Easy for the front staff to prepare.

今天早上 3 点到 4 点,我被大厅对面的人(来自 519)吵醒了。一个男人离开了,后来(早上 6 点左右)又回来了,又开始大喊大叫,敲门。那个人不让他再进来。冲突升级,我打电话给前台,要求保安或警察立即过来。不久之后,保安就到了。在保安反复敲门后,那个人终于开了门。
这件事非常令人不安。我很快就起身离开了。我不会再住在这家酒店了。你们都需要在走廊里监视。这样的事情不应该在没有酒店回应的情况下发生。客人的来电不应该成为你出现问题的迹象。我也不希望受到任何报复。
