The suite was very clean with a comfortable mattress! The reception personnel were friendly and helpful!

The staff is Great !
Whenever I vvisit this property somethinng is broken last visit it was the redt card reader and the hot tub. This time it was BOTH Clothes drivers. I love the format of the rooms here.

It was a great stay. They accommodated to my needs with needing two twin cribs , family friendly, clean, and overall nice!

Worked with 4 different front desk clerks and all were courteous and proficient. The problem was when we got to the first room we were assigned, it was not ready--door was ajar, lights on, towels weren't ready, bathroom vent cover open, insulation puffs from ceiling vent in toilet, etc. We were assigned another room and then hauled all our stuff to it. After we got settled, we found the TV did not work which the desk clerk said they had had previous problems with that TV. By the time Maintenance could not fix TV, but by the time they had rechecked TV, all the other rooms were filled and so they couldn't move us again. Also the water in the hotub was so loaded with chlorine we couldn't stay in it for only a few minutes, because our eyes were stinging so bad! The pool also had an overly strong concentration of chlorine. The pool is very small. Again I emphasize the staff was excellent and did their best to help us. We ended up working through our ******* booking for refund.

We found the staff VERY helpful. When I asked for help with the TV remote, the woman 'dropped everything' and went to get a new remote for me and it worked great. The gentleman at the desk was very gracious when I told him that the coffee table was out of half & half creamer. He, too, 'dropped everything' and ran off to get it. And more stuff like that. We've been before, and will come again.

There was no warning that the hotel was under construction. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator didn’t work.. very inconvenient and a hassle
