Room immaculate, staff was great at the check in. Every thing needed in the room. Loved the walking shower. Love the quiet area.

Had an issue with the remote control which was fixed immediately, bed is a lot firmer than I'm used to but was able to get a good sleep

Staff at check in was pleasant. The first room we received had a wet carpet smell. It was unbearable. The staff jumped right on it and allowed us to get a different room. The second room was just okay but didn’t smell the best neither. Breakfast cost but it’s literally the same breakfast being served at any other typical hotel ( powered eggs, sausage, toast, cereal) but yet you have to pay! I was not satisfied with my stay.

Rooms were spotless, and the amenities were great. This spot is located right off 295, and 8 minutes from the Town Center.
They have a bar on site and even a place that serves up burgers and fries.
Definitely recommend, I will be staying here when I come to Jacksonville.

Room had very old furniture and equipment. Sofa was all stained and lamps were dusty.
We asked for new room and staff was very nice about it, moved us in different room( bit cleaner)
but with an explanation that hotel is very old.
Old doesn’t mean stained, in my opinion. Overall stay was not worth the price.
