We only stayed for 1 night so I really could not review everything this hotel had to offer. We needed a hotel near the Mayo clinic that was affordable, clean, and comfortable. This hotel fit the bill. Would stay there again. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was close the everything.

Good Service but Cleanliness a Concern
Upon arrival check-in was efficient and quick. The lobby was clean and presentable. The room was clean with the exception of the shower. Soap scum was all over the shower door and hair was on the drain.

Convenient location, easy access to I-295, staff was great, room was great. Mostly apartments surrounding the hotel, so nothing very close to walk to, but a lot of food and shopping spots within a short drive.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. Upon checking in, the room had a weird smell but the front desk came up and sprayed something to freshen it up. She wanted to switch our room but they were booked up. Overall though, it was a decent stay being that we were only there for two nights.

The elevator was broken. The AC in the room was not working properly. The breakfast was not included.

Stay Away - Terrible Customer Service
Reserved a room for Friday & Saturday. Showed up early morning Saturday because our journey took a little longer then expected and we were ready to go to bed. Was told our reservation was cancelled because we didn't call to let them know we would be arriving late. So they cancelled our hotel and were sold out. Terrible customer service, the lady at the desk looked at me like I was an ***** and asked why I didn't call. If you are going to cancel my reservation maybe a heads up call saying, "hey are you still coming?" Thanks for nothing. Left us scrambling at 8 am in the morning in Jacksonville after driving 6 hours overnight. Will probably NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn. Customer service was awful. No help just maybe you can get a room at 3 PM. No thanks! Stayed at the Embassy Suites down the road. Great customer service!
