The lady was very very helpful and accommodating for my situation at Mayo. The plumbing in the shower needed a little help but it worked fine and I'm sure if I hit mentioned it they would have given me a different room. But everything was good

My room had an odor. Carpet should cleaned more frequently and all bedding should be recleaned. I should not smell an odor.

Room was good, not sure why there is a pool indoors and not heated. Reserved here specifically for the pool, so I was very disappointed the pool was not heated!

Under renovations
Pictures of this hotel are inaccurate. Shows that they have a hot tub but that appears to be filled in and no longer there. Also the pool and hotel are undergoing renovations which is great but that would be nice to know prior to booking. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room and hotel had a musty smell.

Property was centrally located to the area we needed to be in. Overall was quiet and great for a 1 night stay. Only issue was the property was hosting many youth soccer teams and was unprepared with breakfast items running out quickly.
