Our room was on the 4th floor and we were disturbed by the bar noise (karaoke anyone?) echoing from the lobby into the early hours. I know this sounds ridiculous, but the way the hotel is built sound carries through the building.

这是我最糟糕的住店经历,我住过很多酒店,从快捷酒店到五星级酒店从国内到国外,也算携程最忠实的用户,信赖携程,去哪里都从携程定。去芝加哥开会,我的订单费用比一起开会的朋友贵很多,贵就算了服务好就行,出门在外能不计较就不计较,我定了五个晚上,第二天房间没有打扫,因为我参加的会议是从早上到晚上才回去,想可能是失误,就算了将就一下,结果住了有一天后又开始不打扫,我住了五个晚上有两天没有打扫,我很纳闷:是不是小费给少了,还是嫌弃中国人脏?有种族歧视?房间要自己打扫吗?这就是我的房间费用比别人贵享受的服务,我一定要把糟糕的体验写出来!

工作人员很乐于助人,房间很干净。酒店内的餐厅也有美味的食物。唯一的缺点是找不到蓝牙扬声器,因为附近其他房间有太多其他扬声器。我也希望电视有更多的流媒体选项。除此之外,我住得很愉快!
