Overall an excellent property which I have stayed at many times. This one time, though, there were a couple of problems. First is minor: I reserved a room with a King bed and was given one with two queens. Like I said, minor.
The other problem was much more annoying. While the room looked clean, there was an underlying old cigarette smell - one that hit you square in the face when you entered the room (hallway outside the room fresh and clean, but enter the room and…. Nasty). I had reserved a non-smoking room, and clearly this had been smoked in. First time this has ever happened in my many years of travel. Somewhat disappointing.

Room was very nice linens felt more luxurious than other hotels. Nice restaurants there and nearby. Convenient when going to a convention.

Our room was on the 4th floor and we were disturbed by the bar noise (karaoke anyone?) echoing from the lobby into the early hours. I know this sounds ridiculous, but the way the hotel is built sound carries through the building.

这是我最糟糕的住店经历，我住过很多酒店，从快捷酒店到五星级酒店从国内到国外，也算携程最忠实的用户，信赖携程，去哪里都从携程定。去芝加哥开会，我的订单费用比一起开会的朋友贵很多，贵就算了服务好就行，出门在外能不计较就不计较，我定了五个晚上，第二天房间没有打扫，因为我参加的会议是从早上到晚上才回去，想可能是失误，就算了将就一下，结果住了有一天后又开始不打扫，我住了五个晚上有两天没有打扫，我很纳闷：是不是小费给少了，还是嫌弃中国人脏？有种族歧视？房间要自己打扫吗？这就是我的房间费用比别人贵享受的服务，我一定要把糟糕的体验写出来！
