This is a quick trip. It was my daughter‘s birthday. I’ve always loved this hotel. Everyone was so nice the service was quick it was quiet and the breakfast was good. I love the room set up so I will always stay at the residency hotel

The room was fabulous. The breakfast was the best that we have had on a two week journey with hotels every night. the price was less than half the price of a far less quality hotel the night before. In two weeks of travel, this hotel was hands down the best.

When we checked in we were told the wheelchair accessible room we booked was unavailable and we had to settle with a non-accessible room. We had to remove most of the furniture so the electric wheelchair could get into the room. Then we had to move one of the beds so the wheel chair could get to the bathroom. The worst part of all this was we were told it was our fault for booking with ******* and that the room we got was accessible. To me this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This was supposed to be my mothers final trip before her cancer takes her and this place really put a damper on everything.

I liked the layout of the room. It was very comfortable! My only complaint was the breakfast. It wasn’t terrible.

Excellent Stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice selection of breakfast items to choose from. The young ladies at the front desk from the time i checked in , until I checked out were outstanding.

Had to exchange rooms. Shower head not working properly,Staff responded, great job.
房间很大，设施比较新。美中不足，早餐每天都一摸一样。
典型的美国residence inn的风格总体还是不错的靠近高速路边可能会稍微有些噪音靠近停车场一边比较好。如果需要休息好的话，最好要求在紧急出口这样子的话，旁边没有人地方非常大，4口人的话完全没问题，我一个人住显得有点大了，有冰箱可以做饭，餐具什么都很齐全，美中不足的就是设施，确实有些成就不过价格非常合理，还是很推荐的
