Excellent. Spacious, clean room. Quiet. We arrived after midnight, but we were promptly checked into the property, our vehicle was valeted, and our bags brought to our room. Very beautiful property.

I use this hotel very often and the service is consistently excellent with the exception of the front desk. While the rest of the staff are regular, the front desk has consistently someone new and in training and there is always an issue or problem. This time, while the check in is at 4pm, I was told that my room wasn't ready and it was 4:30pm. I could check my luggage and wait until my room was ready. I did not accept and had to demand to have a room immediately, otherwise, what is the point to publish a check in time if they are not going to follow it.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Loved that we had a separated shower and bathtub. However, the walls are a bit thin and people should be aware that any conversation in the hallway or rooms next door are not private.

Absolutely stunning with top-notch customer service. Super comfy beds and a beautiful large bathroom for a standard room. Definitely booking here again.

Excellent property but the A/C turns off by itself in the middle of the night. We didn’t check in until midnight and the maid walked into our room at 7:30 am while we were sleeping. For the amount of money they charge to stay there I expected much more.

AC kept freezing up below 70 and bed hard as a rock. Didn’t sleep well at all.
