Check in time is late & then we had to wait longer as rooms were not ready. Staff was not very friendly about this either. Room was not very clean. Will not be staying here again.

Staff was friendly and easy check in. Pool was clean and heated for the kids. Free breakfast included. Walkable to dining and night life/ stadium for game day.

Access on and off 376 to property is easy and location is great for access to both baseball and football stadiums

Great location, adjacent to the stadiums and near many dining options on the North Shore. Lot of construction going on but that was not the fault of, nor under the control of the hotel property. I think the property is generally in good condition. I do think the bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade and a facelift. Paint was literally peeling off the bathtub in my room and there was a water leak in the wall, also the toilets need to be upgraded, they are way too low.

Terrific location!
Great location near PNC Park. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Conveniently located near a hop on hop off bus stop to tour the city.

Room was ok but very outdated shower. Front desk woman at check in wasn’t very friendly. Not a fan of paying for parking at a hotel. Good location though. Walking distance to North Shore.

酒店员工都非常友好，知识渊博。欧陆式早餐还算可以，但也没什么特别出彩的地方。如果你是来看球赛的，那酒店地理位置绝佳。不过，我的房间在酒店最北边，靠近高速公路，晚上高架桥上的噪音很大，吵得我睡不好。
我给清洁度差评的原因是，当我掀开床单时，发现床单里有黑色的不明颗粒，而且上层床单下面还有一根长长的深色头发。另外，我的床头柜上还有一只死虫子。看起来有点像臭虫，所以我入住的那一晚几乎没怎么睡。
我会推荐这家酒店，但有几点提醒：入住时最好要求酒店南侧的房间，并且一进房间就检查一下床单是否干净。
一切都很棒。唯一不足之处就是停车位超售！我们付了钱，开车过来回来却发现没有车位了，只好按照前台的指示停在消防通道上。在这样地处市中心，依赖酒店停车场的情况下，这实在太不方便了！而停车场正是我们选择这家酒店的重要原因之一！
