Was there for Thanksgiving 2025 with my kids. It was beautiful and perfect. The beach is wonderful and the resort is stunning.

Rooms were clean, food was good, swimming pool was great. Beach area was almost unusable due to slime and rocks. This hotel charges an unexpected “resort fee” of $67.50 per room per day which is a dealbreaker for me regarding future stays.

这家酒店真的太老旧了，急需翻修。一晚400美元，两张床的房间根本不值这个价。餐饮和酒水都非常贵，一罐可乐都要8美元。办理入住时，有些前台人员的态度非常粗鲁。海滩也和照片上完全不一样……
太贵了，和照片上完全不一样，一点都不好看。他们多收了我的钱，我去理论的时候，他们说会发邮件给我，但到现在我还没收到。不推荐！
美丽的地方！但是海滩区域应该清理一下，这样我们就可以游泳了。真的非常推荐家庭出游。
房间设施比较新，但是服务很差，卫生做的不到位。公共区域的管理还不错。酒店度假氛围感十足，有专属沙滩。
就室内设施而言，这是我住过的最差的五星级酒店。感觉大部分预算都花在了室外区域。私人海滩很棒，泳池也不错，不过十二月的水有点冷。泳池边的服务很好，水上活动需要提前预订。自助早餐有点贵，每人50美元，停车费也是50美元。基韦斯特的物价普遍都很高。
度假村环境不错，但服务欠佳。我房间的空调出了问题，噪音很大，而且运转不正常。晚上8点15分左右我向前台反映了情况，但直到晚上10点半问题才解决。
不过，他们为了弥补造成的不便，给了我150美元的度假村消费额度，这点还算不错。
之后，我们被安排到一间只有一张特大床的房间，最终我们也接受了，因为在之前那个噪音很大的房间里我们根本睡不着。
除了这个问题，自助早餐还不错，度假村整体氛围轻松惬意。
这家酒店又老又破。下午两点房间还没打扫，我们打了好几次电话都没人接。我们只好和前台的帕特里克一起去要求打扫。到了下午3点25分，他们还没来，所以我下楼去找前台经理威廉姆斯女士。我告诉她这种情况令人无法接受，而且其中一位清洁工还主动要求打扫。威廉姆斯女士非但没有道歉，反而让我不要再跟酒店员工说话。这简直太糟糕了。
