Disappointed
Bathroom sink drain very very slow, Bathroom door when closing made a sound like it was stuck when opening. This location on line said there was a complemental breakfast. There was not. The room I booked online shows a couch in the king suite. There was not. So disappointing

Room was clean but dark. The light in behind the chair did not work, it was missing a light bulb and the other one was burnt out.
The bathroom door would not shut.

Hotel is well past its glory days and hallways and rooms need a makeover. Rear parking lot (where we were instructed to park) had piles of empty pallets and debris taking up numerous parking spaces. Security door was propped open and room smelled musty. Staff were great but property needs some love.

You walk in and see a beautiful WATERFULL all LIT UP and GLOWING at night. RealLY beautiful elevated dining room. Linen smells so fresh and clean. Staff are absoluteLY WONDERFUL. I got them all some LYCHEE GELATIN snacks and they were ever so HAPPY. TruLY amazing location. RealLY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. Very CONVENIENT. Older property that has seen better days, Beds were clean and comfortable, carpets are old and bath could use a remodel. Hotel appeared to be full based on availability of parking. Location was convenient.
