The room was in good shape, the cost was good, we had three people so we needed the pull out couch bed to sleep on. We requested the items for the pull out bed at check in, waited an hour for the supplies, called the desk again, waited another half hour (now it’s around 11:30 pm), started walking to the desk to ask for a third time and came into contact with the person working our floor. He went down, got our items and brought them up to us. When you have to wait over 90 minutes to get a few items for your room, that is frustrating. The breakfast was good the next morning and check out was nice and easy. The other problem we had was the toilet leaking water on the floor.

Room was a great size, had a mini kitchen and ahd everything you could need for the perfect getaway. Sadly the closet doors were off the tracks and could not be put back on. Personally did not need it, did tell the front desk though. They have a great breakfast. Was warm and fresh.

It was really busy due to nfl game. The staff was great . And very helpful . The room was ok . There were no trash bags in trash cans. The shower curtain had mold on it. And there was a black spot on pillow.

The check inn staff was rude and kept walking away and talking to other people while i was being checked in. Didnt tell me about breakfast or how parking worked.

因为计划突然有变，我提前大概一周取消了酒店预订（实属无奈）。但酒店拒绝退还我的订金，尽管那个周末我根本都不在那个城市。
房间超赞。宽敞、干净，所有必需品一应俱全。非常适合家庭/朋友入住。强烈推荐给大家。

距离公交车站和市中心步行约10分钟，交通便利。而且，距离市中心只有一桥之隔，比较安静舒适。
不过，淋浴间的排水口被头发堵住了，排水不畅。除此之外，没有明显的污垢。
