The facility and Staff was very nice but the bar was closed on the weekend. We complained about a bad mattress that gave my husband a back ache and were told they are in the process of replacing mattresses and any discount would have to come from *******.

We stayed here a year ago and in that year the hotel has gone down a bit. Noise from the bar kept us awake. The A/C unit needs maintenance. The tub has a fast drop and also has black mold above the shower head. I can clearly see that it is from a leak from the room above. It’s bad enough that the water is soaked into the lower back side of the tiled tub wall. This really needs to be addressed. Otherwise things were fine.

办理入住后，我去了房间，房间很脏，电梯坏了，游泳池也关闭了。我们要求住在顶楼，所以我们没有听到楼上有人说话，当他们不得不换楼层时，我们一进房间，楼上就有人跺脚。我的丈夫是一名患有创伤后应激障碍的战争老兵，我年迈的母亲也和我在一起，这是一次非常糟糕的经历。
位置很棒。我们很喜欢这家假日酒店。房间干净舒适，宽敞明亮。我喜欢这里的便利设施。可惜是星期天，酒吧和餐厅都关门了。Ruby Tuesday 就在隔壁。
这是我在湖城地区住过的最好的酒店。超级干净，超级友好，顾客也非常可靠。床超级舒服，床单很棒，空调也很棒。地方很大，空间充足。我每次都会住在这里。谢谢！
位置便利；工作人员热情；房间适合长途驾车时住一晚；浴室需要维修和更新 - 淋浴间的架子连接处变黑了（可能是霉菌？）。
员工超级友好热情！！！酒店内部有那种开放式阳台——就像奥兰多机场的一样。房间可以翻新一下，但对我来说，床和工作人员才是最重要的！床很舒服，员工也堪称典范！
