The room was really clean. We stayed one night and check out was at 11am but we did feel rushed to leave as house keeping came at almost 9am and started cleaning our room while we were at breakfast thinking we had already left.
Other than that it was very clean and the Christmas decor was beautiful the check in lady was very helpful!

The hotel may be in need of a face lift in comparison to other Holiday Inn and Suites I have stayed at. But overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

Clean room and clean facility. Only issue was no water in back of toilet so had to fill ourselves In order to flush. Aside from that it is a very nice place

办理入住后，我去了房间，房间很脏，电梯坏了，游泳池也关闭了。我们要求住在顶楼，所以我们没有听到楼上有人说话，当他们不得不换楼层时，我们一进房间，楼上就有人跺脚。我的丈夫是一名患有创伤后应激障碍的战争老兵，我年迈的母亲也和我在一起，这是一次非常糟糕的经历。
位置很棒。我们很喜欢这家假日酒店。房间干净舒适，宽敞明亮。我喜欢这里的便利设施。可惜是星期天，酒吧和餐厅都关门了。Ruby Tuesday 就在隔壁。
这是我在湖城地区住过的最好的酒店。超级干净，超级友好，顾客也非常可靠。床超级舒服，床单很棒，空调也很棒。地方很大，空间充足。我每次都会住在这里。谢谢！
位置便利；工作人员热情；房间适合长途驾车时住一晚；浴室需要维修和更新 - 淋浴间的架子连接处变黑了（可能是霉菌？）。
员工超级友好热情！！！酒店内部有那种开放式阳台——就像奥兰多机场的一样。房间可以翻新一下，但对我来说，床和工作人员才是最重要的！床很舒服，员工也堪称典范！
