Room was clean and comfortable. The TV was playing when we opened the door and freaked my wife out a little. Sounded like someone was already in the room.

I booked a regular king room but when I arrived at the hotel they told me they gave my room away to someone else because they arrived first. Placed me in an assessible wheelchair room. I can’t stand those rooms and it was a major inconvenience. If I wanted that room I would have booked it. Could have upgraded my stay for the inconvenience but basically said tough luck. The front desk staff was inconsiderate and I would not patronize this hotel moving forward.

The room above us has a bad floor or something because it sounded like the people were gonna bust through the ceiling (very squeaky. )
Bed and TV location is not placed very well. Possible a bigger TV would help.

The bathroom was particularly poor. The grout in the shower was moldy and the switch plates were broken. The elevator is very worn as well.

The room needs some renovation. Tile floor in the bathroom cracked tub needs work and the carpet need to be checked and cleaned.
I would not recommend it to anyone else.

The breakfast could've been a little better, but it wasn't bad. I very much enjoy my stay though.

There were underwear on the closet floor. Not sure if it the room was clean or not.

When I got up Wednesday morning, there were so many ants on my nightstand. I killed a lot of them. On my way out to the conference, I reported this to the girl who was at the front desk. She said she was going to send the maintenance man to my room to fix the problem. I was given an apology and a free breakfast voucher. However, I am not convinced that anyone went up there. When I arrived back at the room around 6ish, more ants had covered unopened peppermint on the night stand while eating almost half of one. I went down again and reported the issue. A new person was at the desk. There were no other rooms available. The desk and bed area was sprayed with Raid. I had to be out of the room for a while and eventually slept on the sofa bed due to fear of ants crawling on me because my coworker and I did see a couple on the bed before the guy sprayed.
