I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and waited for an hour for someone to be at the front desk. The reception area was empty for hours; no one came, and I couldn't access my room. I had to sleep in my car in the hotel parking lot. At 5:00 am, I went in to use the bathroom, and the reception area was still empty. The worst experience.

Hampton Inns are always a solid stay. Staff were professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast that includes proteins! My only disappointment, an odd finding given my history w/Hampton Inns, was the hallway on our floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in months.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional- checkin was a breeze.
Breakfast buffet was better than expected.
The only issue I had was that I couldn’t close the blackout shade and the light coming in from the parking lot bothered me all night.

The first room we had was very damp and humid. We asked for a different room and it was much better. The coffee was not available in the Lobby at all during our 2 night stay, as the coffee maker was oĺut of order. 2nd Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Did not partake in breakfast but appeared a usual Hampton breakfast.

早餐时没有热水，显然是机器坏了，而且没有备用的……简直难以置信，居然不能提供热水。也没有无乳糖牛奶。华夫饼味道不错。房间很大，整体清洁度还可以。浴室的瓷砖需要维修，退房时我跟前台反映了这个问题。
前台的Jose在办理入住和退房手续时都非常热情周到。他确保我拥有所需的一切，让我的住宿体验舒适愉快。客户服务一流。
残疾退伍军人。已预订并支付了淋浴间轮椅的使用权。但酒店没有提供，导致当晚无法淋浴。第二天一大早就离开了。前台态度恶劣且撒谎。
