Thank goodness "Lebaron" (Marriott staff) eased our disappointment in Marriott with his kindness and sweet nature!!! We coordinated our family and friends to stay at the Courtyard Marriott in West Chester,Ohio for 4 nights for a family event. Much to our surprise, complimentary lobby coffee was not provided! We were most disappointed to be required to pay $5.00 for coffee after we had already paid $259.00 per night for our rooms! Apparently, complimentary coffee is only provided with free breakfast at the "Fairfield" and "Residence" Marriott! Additionally, our room had peeling paint and mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Step it up, Marriott!

This hotel has spoiled me
Deserted (nice and quiet!), clean, and pristine condition. Soft mattress, generous bedding and pillows, gigantic tv, and the bathroom amenities included a flip down shower bench and two shower nozzles. Double the towels I’ve seen anywhere else. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and plenty of hangers. Fridge was on the small side, microwave. Nice fitness facility , and accessible swimming pool. Truly black-out curtains! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was beautiful and very clean, the environment of the hotel was very live but peaceful. The stay itself felt very comfortable and safe, definitely will be back!!

We had a late check-in and the parking lot was packed full but we did manage to find a spot behind the hotel. We did have to wait a minute for the attendant to check us in, but then again, it was late. The hotel was very clean, inside and outside. Seems to be newly renovated, and we heard NO noise from the outside, halls or other rooms. I don’t think free breakfast was included, and if it was we missed it because I didn’t see it advertised anywhere. Overall, 10/10- I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Super friendly staff, check in was smooth. Hotel is well used but well maintained and clean.The room had everything I expected. Would definitely stay here again. The only minor issue we had was the hot tub was out of service.

房间价格不菲，但入住体验却如此糟糕。前台办理入住时态度冷漠，仿佛只是简单地把房卡递给我们，就完事了。我们到处找电梯——简直可笑。大堂里竟然没有免费咖啡。（谁会提供免费咖啡啊？）所谓的“餐厅”不过是个装潢过的杂货店，而且想找到服务员都难。房间倒是挺干净的，位置也符合我们的需求，所以勉强还行，但也仅此而已。以后绝不会再住这家酒店。以后也不会再选择万怡酒店了。
我通过*******预订了酒店，但万豪酒店却给我换了房间，和我预订的房间不符。他们说万豪集团超额预订了，我预订的房间没有空房了，尽管我入住时间比规定入住时间晚了15分钟。这附近有太多更好的酒店，根本不值得选择这家。
各方面都很棒！房间干净整洁，床很舒服，游泳池也很干净！员工服务也非常好！！！下次来国王岛我们还会住这里！
