The hotel in general and the room were clean and in good condition. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The best feature was its proximity to the Rocket Arena as we were in town for a concert.

Property shows its age. You are really paying for the location. Confusing room layout- felt a little like Frodo taking the ring to Mordor…
If you a cleanliness freak, bathrooms are not well cleaned or kept up with. I will say every staff member was very friendly.

Not sure why this place has high ratings...
The good: Great location for events at the nearby arena. The bad: The hotel is very, very dated and in dire need of a refresh. Our room was dirty (stains on the wall in the bathroom, squished bug on the floor, cobwebs, etc), the hotel itself was very noisy and we could hear everything our "neighbors" were doing, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Our room was also in another section of the hotel which required quite a bit of walking and switching of elevators. The breakfast they offer is pretty unimpressive and didn't feature many options, and the valet parking is rather expensive (and your other options for parking aren't great either). If you can stay elsewhere, I would definitely do so...

酒店地理位置不错，离RTA地铁站步行约十分钟。周边餐厅林立，晚上也很热闹，外出就餐很方便。含早餐的房型很棒。不过，清洁方面有些令人失望，沙发上有污渍，这对于万豪旗下的酒店来说，确实不太应该。
去克里夫兰骑士队（Cavs）的比赛，这个酒店位置绝佳。房间又大又舒服。早餐还行。下次还会再来！

这家酒店实在太需要翻新了。它不仅破旧不堪，而且清洁得也不太好。厨房天花板上沾满了食物残渣，床上用品和地毯上也沾满了污渍，浴室门框上还有一块脏兮兮的绷带，浴缸也不干净。我们下午5点到达之前，他们就把我们的房间让给了我们。最后，他们给了我们两间位于走廊对面的小房间。酒店大堂和早餐都焕然一新，干净整洁。
