The room was clean. The staff were efficient and helpful. The parking was convenient. The room is very small. The bed was a little hard for my taste. The heater was very noisy.

Room was spotless. I loved that I didn’t have to go through the front desk at all. Easy online check in process, got my digital key within 30 minutes and checked out online. Quiet stay even though it was clearly a full holiday packed hotel.

The room was pretty clean except the bathroom floor.The shower water was only scalding or ice cold. I messed with the temperature maybe 10 or 15 minutes and then decided to just shower, I’d deal with the water later. Must have run the hot long enough that it was finally at a temperature I could tolerate. We had to move the microwave to the desk area where it could reach a plug. The room could definitely use an upgrade but I won’t complain about that. Breakfast was good, lots of options and it was hot. Staff and parking lot were fine.

市中心特别热闹，离华尔街的铜牛特别近。步行到周边景点都不远。
房间不太大，没有瓶装水、拖鞋和牙刷。
张冠李戴了，这是纽约市中心希尔顿逸林的点评。
虽然有点旧了，但他们正在翻新。不过还是很干净，员工也非常好。
酒店很旧，需要翻修。早餐时餐台上没有纸巾。
微波炉坏了。
电视也坏了。
周日有人告诉我电视坏了是因为天气原因。
周一又被告知同样的说法。
周一阳光明媚但很冷，周日下了小雪。
他们从未派人来修理。
早餐很糟糕，而且在早餐区工作的女士态度很差。

我被安排了一间无障碍客房，而且是连通房。房间在一楼，窗户和百叶窗都打不开。我到得太晚了，没法要求换房。所以浴室里没有地方放我的物品。浴帘不防水。公共区域需要翻新。早餐包含在房费里，还行，但不算太好。达不到汉普顿酒店的标准。
