Everything was fine, only complaint was the shower being small but thats nothing to worry about.

Overall great
We stayed at this Hampton as a half way stop on a trip to western NY. Great location, quiet, clean, and excellent service. Area around hotel is all fairly new. Several restaurants and shops all around.

We were attending a concert at Riverbend Music and this was close, reasonable cost, lots of dining/shopping options, quiet stay, beds slept well, A/C was great, and no complaints. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Nice place to stay but could use an update in the hallways especially the stained carpet and small bunched up bed pillows but other than that no other complaints

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was clean but the AC set to 70 made everything in the room feel damp - sheets, pillows, clothing all of it.
