Really the only good thing about this hotel was the employee that I had the pleasure of interacting with a few times. She was very pleasant when we checked in and any other time I talked with her. The room was only 60 degrees when we entered. My husband turned it up to 80 as it was a very cold and rainy weekend. The next morning when we went to take a shower for the first time, the water was super cold. We ran it for 30 minutes and it never warmed up. We ended up bathing using the sink water, which was warm. The employee gave us a new key card for a different room to see if that water would warm up, but it was the same and the room smelled like corn chips and feet. We walked in and out 3 times and it smelled each time we entered. Both rooms had cosmetic issues in the bathrooms like a bulging ceiling and rust stains. My husband told me to run the shower water in the 1st room to see if maybe turning the heat up helped the water to somehow heat up. It surprisingly did, but it still wasn't as hot as we expect hotel water to be. We checked in around 9pm the night before so the temp was turned up to 80 degrees 12 hours before trying to take a shower. It didn’t warm up til 4pm the day after checking in. We kept the first room since we were only staying 1 more night. My biggest problem is that I believe the room we stayed in had bed bugs or some type of pest because I randomly have about 10 red itchy bumps on my body that I didn't have before staying at this hotel. We won't return.

There was black hair in the tub and shower we have blonde hair. I called the front desk to ask for cleaning products . The lady came up 15 minutes . In the time it took her to come up I checked other areas of the room amd have pictures. The bed sheets and pillowcases had black hair. And the refrigerator was not cleaned out. When the employee came in she said she would return to the front desk building to see what else was available. She called 10 minutes later and said she would be right up and had a few rooms we would look at together. We packed up our belongings waited 20 minutes called back and she then told us we could come get a new room card and look at the room she didnt have time to come. We walked outside ( front desk not attached) to get the new card. She said if the room was ok to call her. The new room was clean so I called her and the then instructed me to bring the old key card to her. In all this took 1 hour and 45 minutes. No apologies were given . At checkout I told the front desk clerk and he replied its been noted. And it wont let me add photo's.

Clean, large rooms. No ice machine on the property worked. Rooms were older, but kept in good shape. The front desk guy was on a video call with someone while we were checking in and was talking to them, hardly paying attention to his job. When he did speak, it was a whisper. Very unprofessional!!
