The property is average but It showed when I was looking at this hotel that I would get passes to the water park with my stay and when I got there I had to pay $200 for four passes to the water park

We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from *******, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the ******* representative and the property representative. I would stay here again.
我唯一能说的缺点就是床太糟糕了。可能是我住过的最差的酒店床了。你能感觉到床垫里的每个弹簧。我敢肯定这张床垫从酒店建起来就一直放在床上了。真该换一张了。
酒店总体来说还算干净，但设施非常破旧。床与床之间的地毯已经破损，床又旧又软，做工粗糙，家具也磨损严重，需要更换。总的来说，这不符合我们对假日酒店的期望。不过，工作人员很友好，乐于助人。
没有热水没有吹风机
床很差，枕头也差。窗帘都破了。绝对不会住这里，也不会推荐！

We just stopped for a night and it was nice.
