The first room I checked in to the bed was unmade and the toilet was overflowing. I immediately wanted a new clean room. I asked that my bedding be switched and it was not. They just made the bed over sheets that I wanted changed as they looked soiled. The bathtub glaze was peeling and carpet in the halls and elevator was disgustingly dirty.

We booked this hotel for 1 night and it was very unpleasant experience. Room was dump and smelled very bad. High humidity, bad functioning AC (roaring on even if turned off), uncomfortable beds, dirty ceiling, bathroom doors not properly functioning. Visible stains on hall carpet, dirt and dust in corners. On the check out queue as front desk was not attended.

The property smelled bad, like urine. We went to 4 different rooms. The smell was yhe same. Also, there was only a little girl doing the check-in and she was still at the desk the nect morning in the same clothing. The entire experience was disturbing. We will never return there and hope someone will investigate yhe appropriateness of it owners.

The hotel just had a musty odor. Our room only had one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. The lighting was inadequate for evening. The AC was noisy and ran for a long time. My bed was fairly hard. Overall, not that good. We won't be back.

Not worth the Hampton Inn name
Reserved 2 rooms- one smelled horrible (think chemically covered mildew!) other room the toilet continually flushed and ran all night! The rooms were remodeled but not great quality. The beds were clean and comfort and the girl at the front desk was very nice and tried to help but didn’t have any other options for us. Very disappointed as I have always had great experiences with Hampton Inns in the past.

We had to kill two brown recluse spiders in the room in the first 10 minutes so we left not staying there

Would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. There are a few things on the property needing some attention, but nothing to focus on. Definitely a great place to stay. Breakfast had ample selections and the coffee was hot and ready early. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Terrible Experience
I waited in the foyer for 20 minutes without anyone present at the front desk. Another individual was also waiting to check in and knocked on the back office door, but received no response. I then called the number listed on the business card, but the phone rang without an answer. My wife had to get the attention of a person in uniform with dreadlocks hairstyle to assist us.

Our room appeared clean but smelled so bad I couldn’t finish my meal in the room. We went to the front desk to ask for a new room and the phone was ringing off the hook and the workers were in the back laughing and talking.
