然后事情就变糟了。入住时间应该是下午4点。我们6点多才到,希望能入住,安顿好房间,准备去看音乐会。但是,没有。
我们被告知我们的房间已经空了,前台小姐也不知道什么时候能准备好。她建议我们去公共卫生间换衣服。
