Firstly, staff was so kind! Secondly, they had free cookies and refreshments as you walked….. Need I say more. The room was very nice as well as clean. The jacuzzi actually worked with no issues. The AC got nice and cold which is a big issue lately with hotels. Very quiet and cozy. We had a great stay and will be booking with Holiday inns from now on. Thank you so much!

Great experience! Friendly team, great breakfast and sparkling clean rooms. Only a 25 minute drive to OSU as well, for those quick weekend stays.

Excellent customer service
Wonderful staff, tiny issue with the locking mechanisms of my room door and the front desk lady quickly switched my room and brought my new room keys right to me. Clean, comfortable and easy to find hotel.

In town for a wedding, stayed two days. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to have coffee available all of the time. Very nice hotel.
