Rooms was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, they made sure it was replenished before anything was out. Would definitely recommend this hotel

There were ticks in my bed and I was bitten. I now have to pay to go to the doctor for antibiotics in case I get lyme disease. The hotel staff came to my room and took pictures and confirmed it was ticks and said it was most likely from someone before me with a pet. I want a full refund for the room and for them to pay my doctors bill!

Great place
It was a great short trip, the front desk was super nice, room was ready, cooled down and somewhat clean. The bathroom needs some updating cleaning of the rusted areas around the bottom of the tub. Loved the shower, hair and conditioner in the shower soap. Breakfast was very good and clean.

Kathy and the rest of the staff are great. They have made this hotel our preferred place to stay when visiting Tinker AFB.

Perfect location with plenty of amenities near by, including a Walmart if you want to stock the mini fridge & use microwave in the room, Rooms are comfy, roomy & clean. I will definitely come again.

housekeeping schedule??
we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by housekeeping even though i went to the check in desk to request more towels after the 1st day of no housekeeping.
The lady at the desk made notes in the computer to make sure the room was cleaned the next day. I had to go back to the check in desk the next day and request more towels.
