Great location; extremely friendly staff; wide fresh breakfast selection. Cons; the room smelled like urine (probably time to take the carpet out), and the bed was uncomfortable.

Wonderful place, wow breakfast, quiet very clean. The pool water was very cold, even tough they said it 85%. Other guests also said the water was freezing.

Rooms was very clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, they made sure it was replenished before anything was out. Would definitely recommend this hotel

There were ticks in my bed and I was bitten. I now have to pay to go to the doctor for antibiotics in case I get lyme disease. The hotel staff came to my room and took pictures and confirmed it was ticks and said it was most likely from someone before me with a pet. I want a full refund for the room and for them to pay my doctors bill!

Great place
It was a great short trip, the front desk was super nice, room was ready, cooled down and somewhat clean. The bathroom needs some updating cleaning of the rusted areas around the bottom of the tub. Loved the shower, hair and conditioner in the shower soap. Breakfast was very good and clean.

Kathy and the rest of the staff are great. They have made this hotel our preferred place to stay when visiting Tinker AFB.
