The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. One problem was there was not enough hot water for two people to take a shower and it wasn't even hot and my husband said he seen a mouse crawling around downstairs when we checked in the lady at the breakfast bar was sweet as pie and did a great job.

A wonderful hotel, large room, beautiful oversized breakfast room laid out so that even when it’s full, it’s quiet and comfortable. Very nice and helpful check-in young lady.

Great Hotel
The hotel was sparkling clean, the staff went out of their way to help us. My husband is in a wheel chair so they made sure he had a handicap room and even delivered a shower chair for him.
We stayed there on tne way to Branson and on tbe way back home.

Toilet was clogged. Maintenance came to fix, then it clogged again with nobody using the toilet except for urine. No hot water in the shower on departure day. Everything was reported to the front desk

It was a good get away. Room was beautiful abd it smelled amazing! I wish I could capture the smell of our room in a bottle for my own place! The bed was comfortable, breakfast was amazing
