Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even though I was just there for one day, they knew my name and were available for any questions.
Room was very clean, breakfast was good as well. Very convenient stay for a Hersheypark trip. Close to I-81 and less than 20 minutes from the park. Great pricing even for suites.

酒店员工态度恶劣，房间也很脏！退房后，我们发现一双卡哈特工装靴和我们的枕头落在了房间里。我打电话给酒店告知此事，并询问是否找到了这些东西。接电话的男士说清洁人员没有上交任何物品。我再次强调这些东西还在房间里，他态度极其恶劣，大声呵斥，完全不顾付费客人遗留在酒店的个人物品。偷窃客人不小心遗落的物品是绝对不允许的！
由于女儿生病，无法出行400英里，所以我没能入住。因为我是通过*******预订的，所以无法直接联系酒店。我联系了*******，他们说已经直接联系了酒店，并与经理沟通了我的情况，但酒店仍然拒绝退还我预订的两间房的费用，甚至连其中一间房的费用都不肯退。也就是说，我付了两间房的钱，却没能入住。我觉得像他们这样规模的公司，因为我的情况，竟然拒绝退还两间房的费用，实在令人失望。我不推荐*******或假日酒店。

我为我和同事预订了三间房。这三间房都很脏。一间房的浴帘坏了，另一间房早上起来发现桌子上有虫子。我们只住了一晚就取消了剩下的房间。员工看起来像是新来的。总经理人很好。
浴室里有水渍和污垢。电话打不通，无法拨打楼下电话。网站上说支持PS5，结果根本不支持。他们也不愿意尝试解决问题。我还莫名其妙地被多收了一笔钱……
这家酒店根本不值这个价。泳池无缘无故关闭了。前台旁边那个小小的便利店里的零食价格贵得跟去洋基体育场看球赛一样。酒店员工态度傲慢无礼。
