Waited 30 min for someone to show up at the front desk. Someone kept saying that someone would be right out but we waited and waited. Disappointing after a very long flight.
Hotel ran out of water bottles, how do you run out of water? Go to the store and buy some, you’re a hotel!!! There’s no stores around the hotel, got a cup of water from Starbucks across the street.

Would not eat at the restaurant on site. Waited an hour for our breakfast order and never got it. Go to the Starbucks across the street for breakfast.

The customer service was amazing. I had some complications booking with an outside party and I got charged twice. That outside party was unhelpful so I was very stressed on arrival. Isiah who greeted me at the front desk was very kind. He even stepped to the back for awhile & came back saying it’s handled! He contacted the company and got everything fixed for me, it was unexpected and put me at ease. A problem that wasn’t theirs to fix, so it was above and beyond service. The hotel room was gorgeous! Spacious & quiet. The beds are so comfy! Most hotels the beds are too stiff but theirs stood out to me for being so comfortable. The only con I have is the elevators. There are only a few and they are veryyy slow. I would still stay there again though, overall great experience.

服务态度好，前台人员很费心帮忙找了1221的能看街景的房间，房间非常干净和明亮舒适，在市中心中心位置，在周围花10美元就能24小时停车，走上二分钟，不用停旅馆，停车场不晒，体验一下百年酒店的魅力，有喝酒弹钢琴的酒吧，非常有情调
工作人员非常棒，总是乐于助人，超越预期。Perla Mesta 的餐厅也很棒，我在这里吃了两次。他们菜单上的每道菜都好吃极了。
俄克拉荷马城中心区我们最喜欢的酒店之一。酒店很漂亮，房间总是很干净，员工也很友好，房间住起来非常舒适。
除非是希尔顿会员，否则水不是免费的，这点挺让人失望的。房间里要是有冰箱就更好了。
