It was very unclean. SOME staff was nice, majority was not. Check in wasn’t much of an issue, but we found a bug on the bed. Hot water took 20 mins to warm up. Maintenance man came by and explained it takes a long time on the east side of the 6th floor sometimes, just let it run. The snacks downstairs were okay. Broccoli was bad. We have been here many times, but this time was the worst experience. The pool was disgusting, worse than usual. We enjoyed coming here in the past for a weekend getaway, next time we will consider other hotels. It could use some shampooed carpets, more polite staff, and fix the water leaks in the ceiling. I’d like to think there’s no mold here… but there has to be for the condition this building is in currently. This has been an unpleasant stay for our family unfortunately. Yes, we plan to speak to management.

I was a disappointed with the bathroom in my suite. The toilet handle had to be jiggled each time it was used. Also, the bath tub caulking was missing in spots. There were black spots in the tub. Finally, 1 of the 4 elevators was broken most of my stay.

This hotel was a great price so I can’t complain about that but the front desk personnel were not friendly at all. I reserved a king room but got a double full, when I called the lobby they said the hotel was overbooked & they did not have any kings available. The room smelled slightly of mildew. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t maneuver between sink, toilet, & shower without the door being closed. No water pressure on shower head. Will not stay here again but it was cheap so I guess that’s why.

The hotel lobby and eating area was hot, no air conditioning. The mattress had pee stains, after staying two nights housekeeping didn't give us new towels. They charged us an extra $200 at checkout, stating housekeeping claimed we smoked in our room. My daughter has asthma, no way we smoked in the rooms. They couldn't provide proof that we smoked in the rooms, just that housekeeping stated we did. Talked to the manager about it, she was rude and hung up. I wouldn't stay here even if it was free! They'll scam your card out of money.

This is an excellent hotel! The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were great! The food and beverage portions were generous. It was close to the river walk for a bike ride. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable Top Rate!

房间很旧很旧了，给我们安排在了一楼，隔音不好，外边飞机很吵。房间里墙纸脱落，卫生一般，床上到处都是霉味，不推荐，相同价格住别家吧真别住这家。
我们房间里的HBA系统发出低频振动，导致我们很难入睡。
