Breakfast (at 8:45 AM) was not great: no coffee, limited cereal selection, oatmeal was barely warm. Elevator stopped working in the morning before we left. There was someone's old sock on the floor in our room.

Hotel needs to be updated. Ants in the room. Exposed cables/wires in the hallway. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. I would give it a -1 star overall.

Nice room. Jamel at the front desk was fabulous! Super sweet & cheery & made check in a breeze! Definitely would stay here again!

Our room, 214, had a broken toilet seat, & grab bar in shower was coming loose.
But, all in all room clean & quiet. Supplies in the bathroom were quite adequate. TV had a good variety of channels.
Staff was friendly thru out.
I normally have stayed at Hampton on business in years past & all went well.
Good value for the price.

Our room was smelly and ceiling looked like leaks had been painted over and not fixed. Took over 10 min for shower to get hot.

The staff was excellent. The price was good. The building and our room was clean. The only things we didn't care for was the outdated decor. We feel Hilton should update the interior deco of facility.

房间很干净。我们没有无线网络，这点不太好！小冰箱放在柜子里，而且是放在地上。这让老年人使用起来非常不方便。四楼没有制冰机。
