Both elevators were out and had apparently been out for a little while. They put our group on 2nd floor but it was still difficult for luggage. Also the extra security latch in my room was broken so I could not double latch my door. That needs to be fixed. There’s even a sign on the door that advises hotel guest to always use that feature for safety and security reasons.
Very clean facilities. Nice staff.

Property is not well kept, elevators didn’t work, rooms are extremely worn. Entire property seems to have not been maintained in a long time.

This is an older, well kept hotel. Its age shows, but it’s very clean and the rooms are spacious compared to newer hotels. Breakfast was good and coffee was always available. Only drawback was the room fragrance which was overpowering. If it wasn’t the hotel’s doing, there was an occupant before me with STRONG cologne.

Friendly service, good location but hotel needs building maintenance and the construction noise outside starts at 7am. I would wait to go back until the remodeling and construction is done. Late check-in due to room not ready until after 5pm. Elevators not working. Intense smell of bleach and obvious water damage and plumbing issues.

Jamal did an outstanding job checking us in. Eugene was very friendly and helpful to; he took the time to talk to us about nice local restaurants. We really appreciate the wonderfully kind, warm and friendly staff. The cookies and coffee were great too! Thanks!
