Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The pool was so nice in cold winter months! Will stay again!

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool hours were great, we enjoyed it early for a quieter environment and later in the evening when the kids wanted to play with others.

Staff were welcoming, and the room and hotel were clean and tidy. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. We liked that the check out time was 12pm so we slept in without worrying. Would stay here again.

Great hotel in Bricktown. Parking garage is right next to hotel and easily accessible , there is a fee.
My room was a King, large and comfortable, had fridge and microwave.
Great views of Bricktown and the ballpark.
I was working downtown and this location was perfect for that, plus restaurant right next door

Your staff was inaccurate in entering both of our 2 license plates for the parking structure. This resulted in an inability to exit the lot, threats of enforcement from Metropolis, and the hotel’s false claims about there being a problem on the part of that company. Many emails and calls were made, and it became clear that Metropolis wasn’t the problem - your hotel was. Staff was shown a photo of one of our car’s license plates, and was given a very clear spelling of the other plate’s name, yet they made their way into your system with a misspelled letter for one and a missing letter for the other.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Though it was downtown it was family friendly. I will be coming back when I am in Oklahoma City.

酒店坐落在一个名叫布里克顿（Bricktown）的重建区，晚上人来人往，但房间却出奇地安静舒适。对于我们日本人来说，在美国旅行时，食物价格似乎相当高昂，所以包含的早餐很受欢迎。从机场开车大约15分钟，或者打Uber很快就能到。下次我再来俄克拉荷马城，我一定会再次入住这里。
