The staff at check-in was excellent and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The room was more spacious than I anticipated and I had room to get work done before we had our event the next day.
Hotel did not come with a breakfast, but had a cafe/bar. We got coffee before we headed out. There was just one employee both working the counter, making drinks and cooking the food. She was super busy, but still had a great attitude.

没有行李车。工作人员说整个酒店只有一辆行李车，而且有客人把它带进了房间，所以他们没法取回。走廊里弥漫着香烟味——有人在走廊里抽烟。房间里有轻微的异味。工作人员非常友好，尽力提供帮助，但酒店需要升级，需要配备行李车，并严格执行禁烟规定。
入住时工作人员很友好。住宿条件一直很好，直到退房当天早上才发现停水。没有提前通知。我们不得不打电话给前台，前台说整个酒店6-8个小时都没有水。我不得不要瓶装水来刷牙。
房间里的味道让我很不舒服，于是要求前台换了房间。虽然味道稍微淡了一些，但墙上还是有很多蚂蚁，床下也有蜘蛛网，让我很不舒服，难以入睡。
太糟糕了，脏兮兮的。前台一位女服务员的服务态度很差，态度很差。她很粗鲁。她留着长指甲，不爱笑，看起来就像刚过完一天的假期。
柜台的夜班经理非常粗鲁，不专业。她不肯告诉我她的名字，因为我告诉她我要投诉。
