Our room was average, nothing exciting and we got the suite thinking it would be nice. The breakfast was horrible, they were out of everything and there was nothing to drink. We had to go hunt down water and there was no coffee - it was always out. Just frustrating when you pay extra to stay at a nice place.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Bar was very comfortable and well stocked. We didn’t have breakfast. The staff were all very personable.

Only breakfast option was a buffet—no room service. Had coffee set up in bar area but you still had to dressed and go down to get it. Coffee available in room wasn’t very good.

The staff at hotel are excellent, all friendly and courteous.Hotel is just dated, needs updating , showers are not clean. Rooms are spacious.

Clean room although very outdated. Room did not look as pictured but beds were comfortable. Tub/shower not like in pictures. Ceiling tiles coming off in closet. Coffee bar area in room did not have sugar/cream just Equal and Sweet blow. Walls very thin, heard someone next door vomiting throughout the night. Overall expected more of the room for $195/night.

I thought u was reserving the downtown location. The rooms were below par and the wall paper was peeling.

It was great, room was clean, but I couldn’t get the tv remote to work in the living room of the suite. I addressed it with the front desk and they took care of it. Great staff

早餐很糟糕，厕所可以碰到门，淋浴喷头可能有霉菌，淋浴间有水泥浆，前台工作人员约翰逊先生希望名字是正确的，非常好，很专业，但餐厅维护得不好，希望房间能有一些信用，我退房时确实抱怨过。
