I thought u was reserving the downtown location. The rooms were below par and the wall paper was peeling.

It was great, room was clean, but I couldn’t get the tv remote to work in the living room of the suite. I addressed it with the front desk and they took care of it. Great staff

The power went out in our neighborhood so we need a hotel quick before it got dark. The hotel was great and comfortable for our family

Cool hotel, will go back... skip the mediocre restaurant and its snotty wait staff.

Beautiful property, pool, rooms, amenities, breakfast but need to clean walls, dust, was kind of dirty in some places, stains on walls in room which was a little gross for as nice and upscale as the property is. Otherwise great stay!

Not great but okay
The A/C didn’t work great at all. The room was nothing like the pic. I had a balcony room and the balcony had no chairs, I looked around and they all had chairs. Needs a microwave in the rooms but the guy at the desk at 4:00 am was so great.
