Bed was too soft. Shower was great. Breakfast was so-so. Staff was wonderful. A/c was not cool enough.

Worst staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel.
Outside the room like the main hallways in the main lobby were sticky and dirty. I was just not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place.

Great place to stay
Great stay. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Kenya went way beyond her job. She made sure we had everything we needed, and when we didn't she was johnny on the spot. Our car broke down so she was kind enough to extend our checkout tine to help relieve the stress!

We loved everything about this hotel. There were some issues with breakfast and we didn’t have an ironing board but I’m sure we could’ve requested one.

We had to make a medical trip. This place was close to the hospital, clean, nice and secure.

Our truck got broken into smashed 2 windows.
No one told us until we walked out and found it.
Management has not contacted us since this happened. So no if you drive a truck without of towns plates do not stay here.
Told that they target out of state plates.

When we checked in last evening we were not told that there was no hot water in the building. The whole purpose of us staying at the hotel was to get a hot shower since we had a broken water line in our home. Also, my credit card has been billed twice, once by ******* and once by the hotel. I'm requesting a complete refund of the charges.

酒店是蛮舒服的，这个酒店的名字就是品质保证，但是WiFi还是有点慢，视频卡的很，要是网络信号好一点就完美了！！！！
