The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The bed was firm! The wall unit was noisy making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was decommissioned awhile back and the pool was out of service. We chose this hotel for the hot tub, pretty disappointed to find it was decommissioned.

When I made the reservation, I requested a ground floor room and when I checked in they said that they didn't see that so I ended up on the 3rd floor.
We brought our swimming suits to swim and the pool was closed for renovations.
One of our room keys stopped working after the first day.

the breakfast menu only had peach yogurt, no fruit, no clear directions where to get hot water for the instant oatmeal that was all the same kind. Ended up not eating and didn't get my $20 depost back either. Bath tub was dirty. Room was cool

Bed was too soft. Shower was great. Breakfast was so-so. Staff was wonderful. A/c was not cool enough.

Outside the room like the main hallways in the main lobby were sticky and dirty. I was just not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place.

Great place to stay
Great stay. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Kenya went way beyond her job. She made sure we had everything we needed, and when we didn't she was johnny on the spot. Our car broke down so she was kind enough to extend our checkout tine to help relieve the stress!
酒店是蛮舒服的，这个酒店的名字就是品质保证，但是WiFi还是有点慢，视频卡的很，要是网络信号好一点就完美了！！！！
