酒店回复: Hello Marthe, we appreciate you taking the time out of your day to leave us a review. As to your specific issues I do apologise, but this was never brought to my attention. We have guests forget things all the time and we have a very robust system of cataloguing everything and getting that information back to our guests so that they can have their forgotten items returned as quickly as possible. If the item in question was till in the room I'm sure it would have been found and returned to you, this is a very regular occurrence for every hotel, and our hotel staff are held to the highest possible standard. In the future I would recommend reaching out to us directly in a scenario where you believe something is lost or otherwise not able to be found. We strive to provide only the very best in guest experiences, and could have perhaps provided you with more information as to our process. Time frame is very much important in such matters as the sooner we know something has been forgotten the sooner we can confirm if it is still on premises. Again, I do apologise for us not being able to find your lost item.

地理位置优越,非常干净!
凌晨3点,我们被烟雾报警器吵醒了。我试着用酒店电话给前台打电话,但打不通。最后我不得不去前台,幸好工作人员上楼到我们房间更换了烟雾报警器的电池。但20分钟后,它又响了。工作人员很好心地帮我们换了另一间房,升级到了河景房。第二天晚上,我们被试图开门的人吵醒了,非常烦人。对于我们住的两晚来说,这可不是一次愉快的经历。
一些问题
水压严重不足。临街的房间噪音很大。早餐人手不足。我们在早餐室的整个时间里,保温盘都是空的——没有土豆和鸡蛋——煎饼机也坏了。除了这些问题之外,这只是一个标准的HIE。
我们住在三楼一间漂亮的转角房,能看到最美的河景!我们很喜欢这里的工作人员和所有贴心的小细节,这些都让我们的住宿体验非常棒——美味的早餐,甚至还有不错的咖啡(对于免费早餐吧来说,这真是难得!),晚上的饼干更是惊喜。床单和床都非常舒适。我们非常喜欢这次住宿!
河景
入住体验很棒。唯一有点小意外的是,我办理入住手续时,前台女孩正在和别人打电话,商讨下次入住事宜。我等着办理入住的时候,她没有让她等着,而是继续尽力帮助那位女士。幸好经理出来接了电话,不然我可能还要等很久。
强烈推荐
我们非常喜欢这次住宿的一切,我绝对会再次入住。地理位置优越,非常适合探亲,而且靠近河边,风景优美。入住时的Vinny非常友善热情,按照我们的要求安排了一间远离电梯的房间。我们的房间非常漂亮、干净舒适,配备了多芬品牌的洗浴用品。长途旅行后,泳池和热水浴缸让我们倍感舒适。我们没有尝试早餐,但看起来很美味。每杯都配有现磨咖啡,真是个惊喜。
糟糕的客户服务
一切都很好,直到我离开后把一件物品忘在房间里,而且找不到了。工作人员尽力帮我找回了,但他们却说找不到了。要小心,如果你忘记了贵重物品,就无法找回了。
员工友好,房间干净。总而言之,住宿体验很棒。早餐时可以欣赏美丽的河景,还可以观看俄勒冈州立大学赛艇队的训练。
不错,隔音效果可以再好一点。晚上11点前都能听到音乐,凌晨3点楼上有人走来走去。工作人员很棒!
