This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. If i am ever in the area again, i would definitely stay here. I did not visit them , but there were several restaurants in the area.

Everything was a amazing, would loved it if they had a hot tub, but i still give them 5stars!! The room, service, breakfast was wonderful. Definitely coming back!
房间干净卫生，也很安静，设施很新，维护的很好。前台接待很热情，也非常幽默。早餐品种是典型的美式风格，水果有俩种，苹果和香蕉。附近购物方便，到周边景点游玩也很方便。
酒店的层高很高，很舒适，喜欢周边的小镇，购物方便，适合度假
我们被安排的房间就在厨房正下方。入住时我就要求换房，但他们说没有其他空房了。从凌晨4点开始就非常吵闹。我跟前台反映情况，他们说因为我是通过*******预订的，所以他们无法退款或提供任何帮助。他们只给了我一份商店里的免费零食。抱歉——一根能量棒可弥补不了几个小时的睡眠损失。
这家酒店是我们去奥斯威戈湖的首选。我们一直很喜欢住在这里，但是他们把所有房间的床垫都换成了非常软的床垫。我和妻子睡得很差，醒来后都腰酸背痛。我很不想写差评，但事实就是如此。除了这一点，这家酒店其他方面都非常棒。
我们很喜欢舒适的床和丰盛的早餐。酒店很安静，尽管停车场总是停满了车。在我们入住的三天里，客房服务人员没有来过，垃圾也堆积如山。如果他们能更频繁地来巡视一下就更好了。
员工非常友善，地理位置也不错。可惜的是，房间隔音效果极差，凌晨四点，楼上、楼下以及隔壁房间的每一个声音，包括说话声、呼吸声和冲马桶声，都清晰得令人难以忍受。
