This is a hidden gem! Such attentive service. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had (get the breakfast burrito!) and really pretty river view. Has a nice walking path along the river and the fire pit is going all day.

Service was great from staff- room was good
Room was fine-clean, no smell, good water pressure, service was great.
Only downside the area is very noisy at night, and the sugar ants on the bathroom floor and the kitchenette configuration was awkward not worked

Gym was pretty basic but enough to get a decent wkout in the door to the gym doesn’t work and you have to access through the pool but all good….over all a good experience

I was surprised the parking garage was in the basement. But i have an SUV and the parking spaces were not wide enough and there was not enough spaces for the hotel size. I like that it’s hidden but there is a lot of cars parked outside. Its an accident waiting to happen.
My compliments to the chef. He toasted my breakfast burrito perfectly amazing and without me asking for it!!! The room, pool, hot tube, outdoor seating area are amazing on the riverfront. I would definitely go again.

We checked in, walked up to our non smoking room and it stank of cigarettes, was very outdated and dirty (stains on the couch, carpet, etc). We went down and requested a new room from the staff and they obliged moving us to a new room which did not smell of cigarettes which was good. Then upon checking out I checked my credit card statement and found they had charged me over $500 in various invoices even though I paid in full prior to arriving to the hotel. I called them the day after leaving and requested a refund. They said they’d look into it and call me back or send an email. They never called or emailed so I had to call ever single day for a week to try and get to the bottom of the charges. Very frustrating experience to deal with a company supposed to be focused on customer service and hospitality.

My only complaint was upon check-in. I had remind the person that I had a car. They told me park in the garage with no directions as to were it was. FYI it was below the hotel and they didn’t tell me about the amenities they just gave me a paper to read. For most people these things wouldn’t matter but sometimes it’s the little things. Still really liked the Property and if ever there will definitely stay again!!

酒店不错,员工也不错。我们入住的那个周末正好有一场长曲棍球锦标赛。孩子们和家长们在大堂和餐厅里吵得不可开交。我们被困在一楼,这让我们处于混乱的氛围之中。孩子们在走廊里跑来跑去,在大堂用酒店的电脑玩电子游戏。对我来说,这可不是什么愉快的时光。真希望酒店能提前通知我,这样我就可以安排特殊安排或换一家酒店。不明白为什么酒店会给我们安排这么热闹的房间。管理到处都很差。
工作人员不太热情,也不热情。我入住和退房时感觉好像打扰了他们。
酒店的清洁度和卓越的客户服务给我留下了深刻的印象。
