Checking in was easy and the front desk staff pleasant and kind. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Towels were clean as was room. Easy off and on from tge freeway and plentiful dining options

Clean, safe, good coffee. Easily accessible. Front desk staff was wonderful! She made me feel safe and welcome and put me upstairs right by the elevator as I was traveling alone. Affordable. Will stay again.

The room was spotless! The beds were comfy & they had good pillows & nice towels. We did find the room quite dark, however. Even with all of the lights on--it was very dark & difficult to see--even during daylight hours. I'd like to see some better/brighter lighting in there.
And the TV signal went out on a few channels. Of course--on the channel we were watching. It wasn't the end of the world--but a little frustrating. Overall no serious complaints... we would stay again.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to shopping and university was 10 minutes away. Only thing I have 3 stars for breakfast because my daughter and I went down at 9:30(closes at 10),and there was only bagels, cold cereal and yogurt left.

I love the clean rooms and how big they are for a good price. I liked the service up front, expect when i sent my husband down to the car to get something and they lady at the front desk, who checked us in and saw us together, gave him an attitude asking him if he stayed here and after handing her the key card and telling her what room number we are staying in, she tells him theres one here under that reservation. He had to call me, i understand being safe and doing your job, but there was no reason to be rude to anyone.

For the price, this hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing! The rooms are recently remodeled, large, clean, and comfortable. The tub needed to be reglazed in our room, but it was clean. I would have liked to have more comfortable sheets and towels, but they were basic and did the job. The free breakfast was surprisingly good. I was nervous due to the price difference with other area hotels, but I will absolutely stay here again!
