We had to wait past 3:00 to access our room , the staff were deeply apologetic .We had a suite: the couch in the living area was fairly worn out and rather uncomfortable for viewing television; the staff were always friendly and the common areas were always clean despite the high foot traffic. If we come back to Bethlehem, I will book again at this location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Taji was most helpful and did an excellent job checking us in. He was very personable and professional. Definitely impressive. I will be back for sure!!

Didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean.

The pool was closed, which was why i had chosen this hotel, i we didn't find out til we tried to get in. But the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was great!
