There is a very large incidental charge they call it 250 that is taken when you check in and returned in 5-10 days depending on your bank. Which I was not aware of prior to booing. Would not have ever booked if I knew. Not necessary especially for this hotel. Nothing fancy at all. And the key cards didn’t work at the building to get in and that was frustrating.

The keys were a big problem. The outer door key had to be opened by your staff EVERY time.

The public areas were dirty and smelly. Worst of all was that the electronic key card access did not work on any doors! We couldn't get into the building where our room was, and then once we got in there (front desk person let us in) we couldn't get into our room (front desk person let us in)! This happened every time we left the hotel. And it wasn't just us, other people we saw were having the same problems. Very frustrating (even the front desk person, who was very nice, said she is covering for someone else and will never do work at that property again). Stay somewhere else!

I didn’t expect it to be perfect based on other customer reviews and price, but the carpet in our suite was covered in grease stains, the bottom of the bathtub was grey with old dirt, and — this was the kicker — I opened a closet to look for sheets to put on the pullout couch and inside the closet was a heap of soiled linens, hair-covered towels, and stained pillows from a previous guest. I went to tell the (genuinely) nice woman at the front desk about it and she asked if I would be able to put the linens in the hall for housekeeping to pick up. I guess they don’t come into guests’ rooms. I did that, pretty much gagging the whole time. Also, I kept my shoes on the entire time I was in the suite to avoid touching the foul carpet. The toilet and bed were both clean, thankfully, but I couldn’t get home to shower in a clean bathroom fast enough. I’ll never stay there again.

Would not stay here again. The place is run down. The person at the front desk was nice but overwhelmed with customers, keys not working, etc. Our suite for 3 people had nothing for a third person. No sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, towels, etc. When I called the front desk, the head of housekeeping came and complained about the woman at the front desk then said that I was supposed to request the sheets, pillows, etc. and seemed irritated. There were lipstick marks on the glasses in the kitchenette. Yuk

Wonderful place to stay for Musikfest
Great place, our second time staying there. Quiet, comfy, affordable, helpful staff, and close to terrific dining options. We’ll be back next year for Musikfest.

Furniture was dated, keys stopped working and room didn’t have bedding for sofa bed. Front desk was responsive when we told them our TV was not working.

It was “fine.” No real problems. The room keys never worked to get into the building I had to keep going back to front desk. “Breakfast” was super limited. They had no more coffee cups during both of my days there, so the boy working the breakfast said to use the plastic cups? What a horrible idea. The same boy said he wouldnt make more coffee because he would have to make an entire pot. He seemed real annoyed to have to do his job when people asked for things because nothing was stocked. The room had a lot of stains on the carpet, but did appear to be clean. I had a bunch of dirty clothes under my bed from a previous guest. The air conditioner was great. The pool looked super clean. Hotel was pet friendly, but it was still very clean. I would stay here again for a short stay, but just expect minimums.
