Nice room, comfy beds and the free breakfast was good. The only downfall was being on thr second floor and could hear the people above us walking around during the late hours.

The check in was quick. Very nice personnel. Very helpful and efficient. Room was fine, very clean. Would easily stay here again. The included breakfast was diverse, so everyone should be able to find something they like.

Room was very clean no issues with it. Ice machine on the second floor was broken so my husband had to go to the third floor for ice. Ladies at the front desk was awesome checking in and out.

This hotel is starting to show its age but regardless my room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were better than average. Some minor issues in the room, HDMI cable was very loose causing the television to lose connectivity several times and the electric alarm clock began humming and making a high pitched noise during the night requiring it to be unplugged. Several dining options are within easy walking distance. I feel the price at this hotel is a little high.

Was greeted in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Room was exactly as expected. Great breakfast! Did have an issue but was resolved very quickly! They definitely went above and beyond for customer satisfaction

我预订了三间房，可惜的是，其中两间有股难闻的气味，入住体验很不舒服。泳池区也是一大败笔——急需翻新和维护。最令人担忧的是轮椅辅助椅坏了。如果我事先知道这一点，我就不会预订这家酒店了，因为无障碍设施对我们来说至关重要。话虽如此，泳池和泳池区的状况实在太差了，即使轮椅还能用，我们也不会去。
早餐真好吃！尤其是自制肉桂卷。酒店非常干净，员工也很友善。离我们要去的地方很近，比如布法罗小径、法兰克福州议会大厦和公园区。
喜欢房间的布局。具体来说，沙发、电视和浴室区域远离睡眠区。
