酒店回复: Dear Sameer,Thank you for providing feedback on your most recent stay with us!As stated throughout our hotel we do offer housekeeping every 3rd day per Marriott policy, unless otherwise requested by our guests. Since your reservation was due to check out on the 3rd day, we did not automatically offer room service on the 2nd day. Your request for room service on the 2nd day of your stay was communicated with our Housekeeping Team, but because you left a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door, our Room Attendant was unable to enter your room. In the future, we do suggest removing the DO NOT DISTURB sign if you would like Room Attendants to follow through with your request for room service.Again, thank you for providing feedback on your most recent stay.Sincerely,Allison Radel

Was super impressed that staff was well informed on celiac disease and had gluten free options for breakfast. We left something in our room after checking out and immediately received a text message from the staff with item left and how to get it back.
