Tried to call front desk twice at night around eleven o'clock. No one answered the phone and I received no call back.

Kept waking up.
The elevator was near my door and definitely seemed like it had issues, when it closed it made a loud noise, my room was near it on the 2nd floor, I probably woke up every hour due to it. There was also piles of trash next to multiple people’s doors. Walls seemed paper thin as well. TV also was confusing to work. Otherwise bed was comfy and water was warm.

工作人员非常礼貌热情，停车也很方便。在这个小镇上能有如此完美的住宿体验，真是无可挑剔！五星好评！
把一对老年夫妇安排在没有电梯的三楼实在不合理。
而且，我的房间非常热。恒温器设置在65华氏度（约18摄氏度），窗户也开着。
我以后再也不会住这里了。
我当时正在穿越科罗拉多州，克雷格酒店只是个中途停留点。我的房间里弥漫着一股难闻的体臭，怎么也散不掉。酒店员工似乎对此毫不在意。如果酒店里住满了当地的承包商，那么当他们退房时，房间就应该进行彻底清洁——或者至少应该采取更彻底的清洁措施，以确保新客人能享受到他们应得的服务。酒店员工似乎对此漠不关心，我很惊讶这家酒店竟然是IGH酒店集团旗下的。
没有空调
空调完全不工作，窗户也被锁住了，只能打开5英寸。
完美的酒店，配有自己的厨房、大冰箱和冰柜、微波炉和洗碗机。周围环境安静。
