Breakfast menu was unique for hotel breakfast, but platters was empty and not refilled
Room waa definitely worn down (rusty shower, ripped chairs, etc) and housekeeping wasnt the best (ceiling fan was left in with no way to turn off, had to call for basic toiletries) but front desk staff was the best Ive encountered in quite some time- friendly yet professional, responsive and anticipatory.

Rooms and overall decor are quite dated, but otherwise good functioning kitchenette, bathroom, mattress on the bed, etc. Probably could use some new pillows but otherwise a comfortable stay, if you don't mind living in a style that appears to be from 20 years ago. Super friendly staff!

The breakfast service was the best I have had in a while and I travel frequently. The room was nice and clean but the fridge and something to do with the AC was very loud switching on and off and woke us frequently throughout the night (we had a 7 night stay)

We could notvstay for breakfast but it looked good. I liked the fact that they had 24 hr. Coffee at the lobby. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Bathroom dated a bit..

我房间的淋浴打不开。早上 6 点打电话给前台，和 Sandy 通话。她提交了维修申请，仅此而已。我要求换房间，她告诉我她无法满足这个要求。一个小时后，我再次打电话询问是否有任何关于何时会来维修的最新信息，她说维修人员不在，并说她不确定他们什么时候来。维修人员直到早上 8 点才到房间。他来尝试解决问题，但没能成功，所以在他离开时，我再次要求换房间，因为我上班快迟到了。他说他会告诉 Sandy。他不知怎么地满足了我最初的要求。我想要的只是简单地换个房间，结果淋浴坏了，花了 2 个小时才让维修人员来修好我需要的东西。SMH
