The check-in was easy and Jane was so helpful. Our suite was clean, well stocked. Great breakfast with lots of options for all, from a hearty breakfast with sausages to chia seed pudding. Located near major highway and stores.
Will definitely be staying here again.

I reserved a king bed and got two queens. I asked the staff and they said my room “was given away.”

Our overnight stay was great. The only complaint we had was the AC was a bit noisy and the bed was far too firm for our liking. Other than it was. I would recommend!

我房间的淋浴打不开。早上 6 点打电话给前台，和 Sandy 通话。她提交了维修申请，仅此而已。我要求换房间，她告诉我她无法满足这个要求。一个小时后，我再次打电话询问是否有任何关于何时会来维修的最新信息，她说维修人员不在，并说她不确定他们什么时候来。维修人员直到早上 8 点才到房间。他来尝试解决问题，但没能成功，所以在他离开时，我再次要求换房间，因为我上班快迟到了。他说他会告诉 Sandy。他不知怎么地满足了我最初的要求。我想要的只是简单地换个房间，结果淋浴坏了，花了 2 个小时才让维修人员来修好我需要的东西。SMH
