Staff used profanity with me when i asked about the pool being closed, when i was told multiple times it was operational on check in, an hour later it waswas closed

For the safety of our guests we have to close the pool when the chemical is off balance. We did open the pool back the next morning once the chemical was balance. We do take pride in making sure all our guest is taken care of. We do hope to see you back again.

The hotel is located in a safe area. The hotel condition is definitely showing its age, as it needs an update. The landscaping and lawn maintenance seems in need of attention. We would stay here again, due to ease and accessibility, but recommend the owner/management address some of the aforementioned.

This Hampton Inn has seen better days and is in need of some TLC. The room’s curtains were ripped and didn’t close completely, the furniture is worn, and the breakfast was mediocre. It’s not worth the $149/night rate.
Would also recommend more gluten free options. Thank you.

Hallway smelled like chemical fragrance trying to cover other odors. Room smelled strongly of frebreze or similar. Being fragrance intolerant this caused lung congestion and sore throat.
Bed and pillows were good.

Property could use better maintenance
My basic requirements for a hotel stay are quiet and a hot shower. Both requirements were met. Breakfast was pretty standard for Hampton Inn. Bed and room furniture were fine. The problems were minor maintenance issues - screws sticking out of a poorly aligned door frame, perhaps mold around fire suppression system... (photos attached) I have stayed here before and probably will again.
