客厅里到处都是蚂蚁。外面有股奇怪的味道,像是下水道的臭味。房间本该隔天打扫一次。第二天下午三点房间还没打扫,就打电话给前台,至少让他们把垃圾倒掉,换一下新毛巾。他们把毛巾放在了房间外面,但没有给洗脸巾。再次打电话要求洗脸巾并处理垃圾。他们又把洗脸巾放在了我们房间外面。垃圾一直没倒。不推荐住这里。
房间宽敞,厨房用具齐全,酒店前台人员友好,酒店似乎没有电梯,最高二层楼,前台看我行李多,分了一楼的房间给我,特别糟糕的事,入住后在我做饭的时候串出一只苍蝇,我就在房间找,后来窗帘后面又发现几只大苍蝇,于是花了我近二小时清理它,再后来每次等我从外面回到房间里,又发现几只苍蝇乱串,每天都得花时间清理苍蝇,消毒卫生,我每次进房间都以最快的速度关上门,可每次还是发现苍蝇,太糟心了,下次不会再入住这里
我们的电视出了点小故障,所以我们换了房间。醒来后发现冰箱坏了。我们所有的食物都坏了。因为我们只打算住一周,所以房间里的存货都齐全,但他们什么也没做。
客房服务人员每次都不敲门就直接进来了。
这次酒店住宿体验一点也不好。一开始还行,设施很宽敞,我们订的是两居室套房,也很宽敞。房间很漂亮,卧室也很干净。但是电视有一半的频道不能用,而且其中一个遥控器没有电池。不是电池没电了,只是根本没有电池,完全没电了。很烦人,但不是世界末日。空调运行良好,所以房间温度很适宜(实际上房间里还挺凉爽的),但是我们所在的楼(4)正对着游泳池和篮球场,外面的孩子们很吵。晚上 11 点,一个男孩一直吵个不停,声音都嘶哑了。我们住了 8 天,客房服务一次都没来过。因为只有我和我的两个女儿,所以我们想办法换了毛巾,但是因为他们没来,所以他们没有打扫房间、换床单或倒垃圾。我们把垃圾放在外面,一直放在那里。邻居把脏毛巾放在我们住的整个期间都留在那里。这些麻烦都比不上蚂蚁泛滥,最终导致我们提前一天搬走。我通知了前台,他们在网上提交了维修申请,要求派人来喷洒杀虫剂,但始终没有人来。最后我只好自己出去买了一些杀虫剂。这药大概用了两天。后来我们回来发现,休息区和卧室里都有很多巨大的黑色木蚁。这让我们忍无可忍,最终退房了。
这更像是一处荒郊野外的住宅。有人住在里面。个人物品随处可见。房间不干净,噪音很大,而且感觉不安全。客房服务从来没来过,虽然早餐还可以,但咖啡又冷又旧。
住得还不错,但150美元的宠物费对于一晚住宿来说太贵了。该地区其他酒店的押金要低得多,如果没有问题,押金会退还。
由于地板和地毯都被水浸湿,我们不得不提前一天退房。我们的行李,所有东西都湿了。他们不肯给我们换房间。整个酒店都需要彻底翻新。它又老又旧,状况很糟糕。
与房间相比,我不喜欢这里的布局和停车区域。火坑好像坏了。烤架看起来很脏。不会再来了。
由于电视坏了,我们换了房间。新房间的冰箱也坏了。窗帘杆半夜掉了。
酒店环境、位置、房间设计和设施。厨房不错,大多数用品齐全。免费早餐和健身房非常受欢迎。
我确实报告过冰箱没有制冰机。建筑周围的几个地方需要维修。
我们不得不要求提供洗洁精,我们确实有洗碗机用的肥皂。最后一件事是枕头,两种选择都不够结实,我醒来时脖子僵硬。
