The property was clean & well kept. The staff was friendly & helpful. My ony suggestion would be to clean the stain in the bath tub for room 201.

This property is somewhat difficult to get to. It’s on an access road with limited places to enter. It was challenging to go out to dinner. Upon entering there was a party in a conference room with really loud rap music playing and people milling about. Not very welcoming… the lobby looked dirty and unkempt. Our first room was shabby. Cracks in the sink and floor, chips in the tub (poorly painted) and rust stains. There were very loud people above us, loud music, yelling and doors slamming. We called the front desk to complain and they switched us to a new room on a different floor, at the end of a hall. It was a beautiful room.- all newly remodeled and pristine! It makes me wonder why that room wasn’t given to us in the first place!!

I did not like that there was not a Continental Breakfast. We had breakfast at the hotel but it was not good, sorry!!!

Choose somewhere else if you can
I chose the Hilton Garden because of the reputation. This was the worst one I have encountered & certainly wasn't worth the $200/night. The water wasn't hot; there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Setting the ac to 65 didn't help cool the room. The fan only worked on "on," not in the auto position. It's being renovated & the rates should have reflected that.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a face lift. One Elevator was being painted, but it still wasn’t needed repair. Other elevator was not the cleanest. Room carpet had stains and beds were not comfortable. Shower was ok.

Definitely an older building. Nothing special about it. Needs more parking spaces. Room smelled old and there were stains on the curtains. Spa was closed and one elevator was open. Not their fault. The check in guy was nice but the girl at check out was unprofessional. I waited until she finished her conversation and told her good morning and she looked at me… strange.

Comfortable and efficient but not the greatest
The room was great didn't have any bath towels in it never been to a hotel or motel where they didn't have breakfast free that was a letdown I thought Hilton's the top of the line they were in the process of remodeling this one the bed was a little to be desired had a hole in it where people have been sleeping

Breakfast was not included. Hand wash was not in the room and coffee machine was not working, left someone’s soap. Those were terrible.
