The hotel its self was good - clean, good beds etc.
we were very disappointed with the night clerk when we checked in. She clearly should not be dealing with the public. She acted as though we were a nuisance. We have stayed at many Hampton’s and have never had attitude like we got from her. She would be better suited cleaning the rooms where she has no customer contact. Her attitude is not what the Hampton Inn wants as their “face””.

Everyone was helpful. Front desk agents friendly and super helpful. We were there for a Truck Club event so it was a lot of us from everywhere.

酒店位于一条繁华的街道上，但后面的房间很安静。一切都略显陈旧。由于邻居吵闹（所有东西都很薄！），我们很贴心地换了房间（工作人员非常友好）。街道噪音稍大一些，但还可以忍受。空调对我们来说太吵了，所以我们晚上关掉了，冰箱也关了。除此之外，我们对房间非常满意。床很大，还有一张舒适的沙发床。淋浴/卫生间还可以，但我们的洗手池是朝房间开放的。酒店提供遮光窗帘。酒店内设有免费停车位。附近有很多快餐连锁店和商店。酒店有一个小型游泳池；我们没有享用早餐。考虑到性价比，这是一家在固特异短暂停留的理想住所。
